How to Book Blank Slate
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - make sure we can accommodate your concept!
We are excited to host you at Blank Slate! Some businesses and events are not a good fit for us, so before you start making plans, please be sure you are not:
-A restaurant, bar or food service operation
-A cannabis operation
-A spa or salon operation
-Any kind of event or service provider that will make excessive noise or trash - this is a small neighborhood space and we cannot accommodate excessive noise or waste.
Step 2 - get ready!
Any business that uses the space must provide a Certificate of Insurance that names our business and landlord as additional insured entities. This is a simple process but it must be completed promptly, so be sure to reach out to your insurance provider in advance. We will need a COI, as well as the liability waiver in the booking link and a signed agreement acknowledging the rules of the space.
Step 3, book the space!
Using the link below, book the space! Once we receive your reservation request, we will submit an invoice to you via email or PayPal and that invoice must be promptly paid up front. If there are any booking conflicts, we will be in touch to resolve them prior to invoicing. We will also email the relevant forms, which must be submitted at least one week prior to your reservation. If you book with less than a week’s notice, then your paperwork must be submitted right away.
Please note that the scheduler is not a guarantee of use. All reservations are subject to approval. We will follow up to confirm that we can accommodate you and finalize your reservation.
